The desk offers an information, orientation and regulatory support service for regular entry and residence in Italy.

In particular, the following procedures are handled:

• submission of the application for the issue/renewal or update/duplicate of all types of residence permits
• application for Italian citizenship
• family reunification
• registration for the A2 Italian language test, as well as issuing certificates of housing suitability, for the purpose of signing the residence contract for subordinate work (art. 5 bis of Legislative Decree no. 286/1998).

The support consists in preparing the necessary documentation for each procedure. As regards residence permits, the postal kit is prepared or appointments are booked at the territorially competent Police Headquarters.
